At the time of the final bid, the New Shelby raised over a million dollars to help find a cure. The recently-unveiled 2020 Shelby GT500 is the most powerful production car Ford has ever built, boasting over 700 horsepower and a quarter-mile time of about 11 seconds. While the GT500 has traditionally been more of a drag racer, this model carries some recent innovations that allow it to negotiate turns at higher speeds - making it a monster on the track as well.
