An Ordering Specialist will reach out to help you build your vehicle using our Build Tool. Once your build is perfected, we will submit your order. Then it will be ready for Ford to schedule, produce and deliver.

How Long Will It Take To Have My Vehicle Delivered?

Lead times vary by model and configuration. Most vehicles take at least 2-3 months from order to delivery with some of our most popular models taking 4+ months.

Are There Charges Up Front To Order A Vehicle?

We require a deposit to place your order. Once your vehicle arrives, that deposit will be put toward your purchase. The amount of deposit varies by model and configuration. Our Ordering Specialists will be happy to let you know the deposit amount for your order.

Are There Any Extra Costs To Order A Vehicle?

Your new Ford will be sold at MSRP, guaranteed! Your purchase costs will include your vehicle at MSRP plus sales tax, licensing and a $150 doc fee maybe added to the purchase price. We do not charge and Additional Dealer Markups on custom orders.

When Do I Pay For My Vehicle?

You will pay for your new Ford once it arrives at the dealership. At that point, our Finance Team will be happy to discuss payment options with you including financing, leasing and payment up front. We are partnered with many banks and credit unions so we can help you shop the best rates!

Is My Ordered Vehicle Eligible For Ford Incentives?

You will have the option to apply the incentives that were available at your time of order or the incentives available at your time of purchase. Your Ordering Specialist will be happy to go over your options at the time of purchase.

When Do I Get A VIN To Track My Order?

When Ford selects your order for scheduling, you will be given a Build Week and a VIN. You can use the VIN to track your vehicle's progress through production and transit. The tracking tool is linked here: https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/

How Will I Be Notified When The Vehicle Is Being Delivered?

Once your vehicle has been produced it will move into transit. Ford will email you to give you an ETA for arrival at our dealership. Once it arrives, we will reach out to you to collect any additional information and schedule a pickup time.

1.5L EcoBoost® Engine with Auto Start-Stop Technology

The standard 1.5L EcoBoost® engine with Auto Start-Stop Technology is coupled with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Auto Start-Stop Technology can help lower fuel consumption and vehicle emissions during city driving when your vehicle comes to a stop. The engine shuts off and then seamlessly restarts when you step on the accelerator or when your foot leaves the brake pedal.

2.0L EcoBoost® Engine with Auto Start-Stop Technology

The available 2.0L EcoBoost® engine comes with Auto Start-Stop Technology. When equipped with the 2.0L EcoBoost Class II Trailer Tow Package, this engine has a maximum towing capacity of 3,500 lbs. *

Hybrid 2.5L iVCT Atkinson-Cycle I-4 Engine

The 2.5L I-4 Atkinson-cycle powertrain features an electronically controlled continuously variable transmission (eCVT) and a 96 kW electric motor. Also, the Escape Hybrid packages its liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery smartly outside of the passenger compartment below the floor of the second-row seats rather than occupying a significant portion of the cargo area. The briefcase-shaped battery in the standard hybrid measures less than one-third the size of the previous-generation Escape Hybrid battery.

Plug-in 2.5L iVCT Atkinson-Cycle I-4 Engine

The 2022 Escape Plug-in Hybrid has a Level 1/Level 2 AC charging port. Using the standard 110-volt Level 1 charger, the estimated time to fully charge the battery is 10 to 11 hours. Using an optional 240-volt Level 2 charger, charge time drops to roughly 3.5-4.5 hours, depending on outlet amperage. What's more, the design of the 2022 Escape allows for the battery to be stored outside the passenger compartment, which frees up space in the cabin, offering plug-in customers more room without sacrificing space for the battery.

AWD with AWD Disconnect

Available All-Wheel Drive with AWD Disconnect can disable the rear driveline when the system detects AWD is not needed. This allows only the front wheels to propel the vehicle, reducing drag and the overall energy demands of the drivetrain. AWD not available on Escape Plug-in Hybrid.

Selectable Drive Modes

Designed to help improve your driving experience and handling on varying road surfaces. The different modes are Eco, Sport, Normal, Slippery and Deep Snow/Sand. Once selected, each one of these driving modes can modify the electronic stability control and traction control systems without further input from you.

Eco Mode
This mode is designed for efficient and responsible driving.
Sport Mode
This mode increases throttle response and provides a sportier steering feel, along with quicker shifting.
Normal Mode
For everyday driving. This mode is a perfect balance of excitement, comfort and convenience.
Slippery Mode
This mode is for firm surfaces covered with loose or slippery material such as ice, water, grass or a thin layer of gravel or sand.
Deep Snow/Sand Mode
This mode can help keep your vehicle under control in soft, dry sand or deep snow.

Towing Capability

When equipped with the Class II Trailer Tow Package, Escape Titanium and SEL with the available 2.0L EcoBoost® engine have a maximum towing capacity of 3,500 lbs. and Escape Hybrid or Escape Plug-in Hybrid with the 2.5L iVCT Atkinson-cycle hybrid engine have a maximum towing capacity of 1,500 lbs. Then all you have to do is brake to a complete stop, shift into Neutral and hold down the Active Park Assist button - your vehicle does the rest. Available Active Park Assist 2.0 also offers Park Out Assist with side-sensing capability so you can confidently navigate out of a parking spot when someone's parked too close to you

This smart feature scans your vehicle's position between the lines in the road ahead and can alert you if you're starting to edge out of your lane. Having trouble staying on track? After you've drifted a few times, you'll see a coffee cup icon, letting you know it's time to take a break.

Auto High-Beam Headlamps

We've all been there. Heading into a pitch-black stretch of road and having to turn on the high beams - then forgetting to turn them off again as oncoming traffic approaches. Now, unlit roads, dark peripheries and other low-visibility situations don't have to catch you off guard. Auto High-Beam Headlamps can sense poor lighting conditions and switch on to light your path ahead. They can even sense oncoming headlights and dim automatically so you don't have to worry about blinding other drivers. So you can keep your focus - and both hands on the wheel.
