Borgman Commercial knows just how busy our commercial and fleet customers are. We also know that every moment one of the vehicles you depend on is taken out of the game, you're losing money. That's why we offer mobile service appointments: a fast, convenient way to ensure your vehicles are running their best.
What's more, if any of your employees' vehicles need service, you can combine them with your appointments! Post a sign-up sheet and have them provide their name, vehicle make, model, and year, plus the maintenance they need performed. While we require a minimum of three vehicles per visit, you can get in touch with us to set up recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly appointments too.
Borgman's pros can perform many basic services, replacement of maintenance items, and certain warranty work including recalls. We have included a list of what we can do below, but we can do more: simply ask us and we will do our best to accommodate you. How Mobile Service Works
First, call to schedule an appointment. We will confirm your appointment and the service to be completed the day before we arrive. We will meet you at your home or business (provided your employer is ok with this). Then, we will diagnose or complete the requested work. We will be prompt, courteous, and clean.
When completed, we'll ask if there are any additional items needed and provide you with an estimate if diagnosis is required. You authorize the repair. Our technician will inform you when the work is completed and that your vehicle is back in good working order. Then, your technician will send you an email for payment which you can process and they will return your keys. Simple, easy and convenient!
