2023 Ford Bronco

Discover The 2023 Ford Bronco Features
Years of research, testing and development went into the modern Ford Bronco. Each component from bumper to bumper was selected to provide an unforgettable driving experience on every trip. Take a closer look at what went in to creating the next chapter of an off-road legend.

 Go Off-Road with Confidence
The Ford Bronco SUV was designed, engineered and Built Wild so you can depend on it to take you into the outdoors and back again.
  • Standard 4x4 with Part-Time Selectable Engagement

Ford Bronco Exterior: Versatile by Design
The 2022 Ford Bronco 4x4 SUV stands out with its ease and ability for bringing outdoor enthusiasts unmatched open-air thrills. Every Bronco comes with class-exclusive frameless doors that can be removed by one person. There are also available roof options that just as easily allow you to remove a section or take off the whole top.

Two Distinct Door Options
Here's the biggest decision to make when you're spec'ing your Ford Bronco - whether to get a 2- or 4-door. Which one you choose should depend on what you want from the vehicle.

2-Door Ford Bronco
The classic 2-door Ford Bronco stays closer to the original Bronco DNA with its boxy shape, short overhangs and wide stance. While it only has two doors, those doors are longer than those in the 4-door to provide easier access to second-row seating.

4-Door Ford Bronco
The 2022 4-door Ford Bronco retains the classic Bronco look, but makes it a bit more family friendly. The 4-door Bronco seats five and has a longer wheelbase. Plus, if you remove all four doors, you can stow them in the cargo area

Ford Performance Heavy Duty Modular Front Bumper
The available heavy-duty modular front bumper lets you accessorize with a winch, safari bar or pod lights. But, what really sets the Ford Performance modular bumper apart are the integrated end caps. With this bumper, you can improve your off-road clearance over the stock bumper, while still protecting your grille and fenders. The Ford Performance heavy-duty modular bumper also includes available forward sensing for proximity detection when needed for maneuvering in everyday driving situations.

Ford Bronco SUV Interiors: Comfort Meets Durability

All Ford Bronco models are purpose-built and ready for action. Pick the interior that's right for what you like to do. Depending on the series, the level of finishes goes from Standard (just the essentials) to Lux (big screen and amenities such as a heated steering wheel). Which interior you pick should depend on how dirty you plan to get, how much gear and passengers you want to carry and how much style and versatility you want to bring to the trails.

Ford Bronco Interior Options
The colors and materials of the 2022 Ford Bronco are inspired by natural palettes and with outdoor gear in mind. Plus, making the vehicle's off-road functionality paramount, the materials used in the Bronco are tough and rugged.

2-Door Ford Bronco Interior
The 2-door 2022 Ford Bronco offers seating for up to four and has 99.0 cu. ft. of passenger volume before you take off the top.

4-Door Ford Bronco Interior
Built to take you and your passengers further, the 4-door 2022 Ford Bronco is designed to be our ultimate destination vehicle, with ample room, smart features and accessories to haul outdoor gear inside and the ability to sleep two when the day winds down. The 4-door model is wider in the rear seat than the 2-door, allowing seating for five. It gives you 103.7 cu. ft. of passenger volume with the hard top and 108.2 cu. ft. with the soft top.

Ford Bronco Cargo Area
From sleeping bags to coolers and generators, you need your gear when exploring the great outdoors. The 2022 Ford Bronco® has plenty of available space to stow it.

2-Door Cargo Capacity
The 2-door Ford Bronco offers up to 22.4 cu. ft. of cargo space behind the rear seats or a maximum 52.3 cu. ft. with the rear seats down.

4-Door Cargo Capacity
The 4-door Ford Bronco soft top has 83 cu. ft. of maximum cargo volume behind the first row with second-row seats folded down, and the 4-door hardtop has 77.6 cu. ft. of space. Both allow for easy storage for all four removable doors with the available storage bags.

All-New Slide Out Tailgate
New for 2022, the available slide out tailgate adds more versatility to the Ford Bronco with its ability to function as a table, work surface or step to access rooftop cargo. Once you're done, it conveniently stows under the load floor, so you don't have to remove any gear.

Ford Bronco Interior Water Management
Ford Bronco has been designed and engineered for whatever level of dirt and mud you bring in from the outdoors.

Rubberized Flooring with Drain Plugs
To make post-adventure cleanups simple, fast and painless, Black Diamond, Badlands, Everglades and Raptor come with washable rubberized floors that have integrated passive and active drains. They make it easy to wash out dirt and debris from inside the vehicle with a simple garden hose without having to remove the carpet.

Marine-Grade Vinyl Seats Resist Mildew
The marine-grade vinyl seating surfaces resist mildew, so getting the Ford Bronco® wet on the inside is nothing to worry about. Also, the instrument panel surfaces are wipeable for no fuss, no muss cleanup. These are just two more examples of how Ford engineers thought out all the little details that make the 2022 Bronco a complete off-roading machine. Standard on Black Diamond , Bad Lands , Everglades and Raptor.

HOSS Systems Overview
Every Ford Bronco SUV comes with one of four HOSS (High-Performance Off-Road Stability Suspension) Systems. The HOSS System is the set of finely tuned components (springs, shocks and solid rear axle) that literally support your Bronco and keep its tires firmly planted on the ground.

Electronic Front and Rear Locking Differential
For additional control in uneven, rugged and slippery terrain, standard electronic front and rear locking differentials allow both wheels on an axle to rotate at the same speed and evenly apply the same power. This is an important feature when traversing rugged, uneven off-road terrain. The Ford Bronco features a Dana 44 AdvanTEK solid rear axle and Dana AdvanTEK independent front differential unit (standard/non-locking). The available locking differentials are Spicer Performa-TraK. Bronco Raptor features a Dana 44 AdvanTEK M210 independent front suspension with Spicer Performa-TraK electronic locker and a Dana 50 heavy-duty AdvanTEK M235 solid rear differential with Spicer Performa-TraK electronic locker.

Front Stabilizer Bar Disconnect
For extreme rock crawling, you want your front tires to be able to move up and down independently from one another. The available stabilizer bar disconnect feature helps them do just that. So, for you to move freely over rugged, uneven terrain, the system (when engaged in Rock-Crawl Mode or manually), disconnects over uneven terrain - providing maximum articulation. The system offers a unique-to-the-class design* and has a disconnect function regardless of articulation. The Bar can also be reconnected automatically when speeds exceed 20 mph on Badlands and 50 mph on Raptor.™ Standard on Badlands™ and Raptor.™

New for '22, Sasquatch™ Package with Available Manual Transmission
From the weekend warrior to the off-road purist, tough climbs and slow crawls are a little more rewarding with a manual transmission. It's why one will now be offered on select 2022 Ford Bronco models with the available Sasquatch™ Package.

Terrain Management System™ with G.O.A.T. Modes™ Goes Over Any Type of Terrain

By integrating cloud-based connectivity and conversational voice recognition, available SYNC® 427 delivers comprehensive search results and more functionality for customers, including optional cloud-based navigation to keep up with the latest traffic information.

Ford Co-Pilot360™ Technology

Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB)
We should all drive defensively, but sometimes other drivers' lack of attention can create a hazard. This feature scans the road ahead and can alert you to potential collisions with vehicles or pedestrians detected in your path. If an impact becomes imminent and you don't take corrective action, the brakes can apply automatically. But don't worry - they'll only activate if they're needed.

Hill Descent Control
When enabled by the driver, Hill Descent Control automatically engages the braking system as needed to keep you in control while descending steep grades. Standard on manual transmission. Only available with manual transmission in lieu of Trail Control.

Rear View Camera with Backup Assist
The Rear View Camera provides a video image on the touchscreen of the area behind your vehicle. The camera is activated when you shift into Reverse and back up slowly. The screen has guides to help you align your vehicle with a trailer or assist you with backing up into tight spaces.

Auto High-Beam Headlamps
We've all been there. Heading into a pitch-black stretch of road and having to turn on the high beams - then forgetting to turn them off again as oncoming traffic approaches. Now, unlit roads, dark peripheries and other low-visibility situations don't have to catch you off-guard. Auto High Beam Headlamps can sense poor lighting conditions and switch on to light your path ahead. They can even sense oncoming headlamps and dim automatically so you don't have to worry about blinding other drivers. So, you can keep your focus - and both hands on the wheel.

360-Degree Camera with Off-Road Views
The available 360-degree camera, part of the High Package, utilizes front-, rear- and mirror-mounted cameras to provide a full bird's-eye view around the vehicle. Included with the class-exclusive 360-degree camera are the unique off-road spotter views that help provide additional visibility and support to drivers in their pursuit of outdoor experiences like rock crawling. One is the unique off-road tire views (rock crawler spotter views) that are specifically designed to see where the tires meet the ground surface along with any adjacent obstacles or potential contact points that Bronco is driving over. The other is off-road overlays. Using the front camera, off-road overlays show the path that the wheels will be traveling in order to help drivers navigate their way across wild and rugged terrain.
