Two Distinct Door Options
Here's the biggest decision to make when you're spec'ing your Ford Bronco - whether to get a 2- or 4-door. Which one you choose should depend on what you want from the vehicle.
2-Door Ford Bronco
The classic 2-door Ford Bronco stays closer to the original Bronco DNA with its boxy shape, short overhangs and wide stance. While it only has two doors, those doors are longer than those in the 4-door to provide easier access to second-row seating.
4-Door Ford Bronco
The 2022 4-door Ford Bronco retains the classic Bronco look, but makes it a bit more family friendly. The 4-door Bronco seats five and has a longer wheelbase. Plus, if you remove all four doors, you can stow them in the cargo area

Built to take you and your passengers further, the 4-door 2022 Ford Bronco is designed to be our ultimate destination vehicle, with ample room, smart features and accessories to haul outdoor gear inside and the ability to sleep two when the day winds down. The 4-door model is wider in the rear seat than the 2-door, allowing seating for five. It gives you 103.7 cu. ft. of passenger volume with the hard top and 108.2 cu. ft. with the soft top.

Terrain-Conquering Breakover Angles
The 4-door Ford Bronco Raptor with the Raptor HOSS 4.0 System is built to take on the most challenging off-road terrain with an available maximum departure angle of 40.5 degrees. It also offers a maximum breakover angle of 30.8 degrees and an aggressive 47.2-degree approach angle when fitted with the standard 37-inch tires.
Ground Clearance & Water Fording
The 4-door 2022 Bronco Raptor features a maximum running ground clearance of 13.1 inches and a water fording capability of up to 37.0 inches.
HOSS Systems Overview
Every Ford Bronco SUV comes with one of four HOSS (High-Performance Off-Road Stability Suspension) Systems. The HOSS System is the set of finely tuned components (springs, shocks and solid rear axle) that literally support your Bronco and keep its tires firmly planted on the ground.
HOSS 1.0Available on 2022 Bronco Base, Outer Banks, Big Bend and Black Diamond

Electronic Front and Rear Locking Differential
For additional control in uneven, rugged and slippery terrain, standard electronic front and rear locking differentials allow both wheels on an axle to rotate at the same speed and evenly apply the same power. This is an important feature when traversing rugged, uneven off-road terrain. The Ford Bronco features a Dana 44 AdvanTEK solid rear axle and Dana AdvanTEK independent front differential unit (standard/non-locking). The available locking differentials are Spicer Performa-TraK. Bronco Raptor features a Dana 44 AdvanTEK M210 independent front suspension with Spicer Performa-TraK electronic locker and a Dana 50 heavy-duty AdvanTEK M235 solid rear differential with Spicer Performa-TraK electronic locker.
Front Stabilizer Bar Disconnect
For extreme rock crawling, you want your front tires to be able to move up and down independently from one another. The available stabilizer bar disconnect feature helps them do just that. So, for you to move freely over rugged, uneven terrain, the system (when engaged in Rock-Crawl Mode or manually), disconnects over uneven terrain - providing maximum articulation. The system offers a unique-to-the-class design* and has a disconnect function regardless of articulation. The Bar can also be reconnected automatically when speeds exceed 20 mph on Badlands and 50 mph on Raptor.™ Standard on Badlands™ and Raptor.™
New for '22, Sasquatch™ Package with Available Manual Transmission
From the weekend warrior to the off-road purist, tough climbs and slow crawls are a little more rewarding with a manual transmission. It's why one will now be offered on select 2022 Ford Bronco models with the available Sasquatch™ Package.
Terrain Management System™ with G.O.A.T. Modes™ Goes Over Any Type of Terrain
The Bronco® SUV has up to seven available G.O.A.T. modes depending on trim level, to tailor vehicle performance on various surfaces or conditions. Each mode optimizes the performance of engine, transmission, driveline, steering feel and brake systems to help deliver optimal capability.

Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB)
We should all drive defensively, but sometimes other drivers' lack of attention can create a hazard. This feature scans the road ahead and can alert you to potential collisions with vehicles or pedestrians detected in your path. If an impact becomes imminent and you don't take corrective action, the brakes can apply automatically. But don't worry - they'll only activate if they're needed.
Hill Descent Control
When enabled by the driver, Hill Descent Control automatically engages the braking system as needed to keep you in control while descending steep grades. Standard on manual transmission. Only available with manual transmission in lieu of Trail Control.
Rear View Camera with Backup Assist
The Rear View Camera provides a video image on the touchscreen of the area behind your vehicle. The camera is activated when you shift into Reverse and back up slowly. The screen has guides to help you align your vehicle with a trailer or assist you with backing up into tight spaces.
We've all been there. Heading into a pitch-black stretch of road and having to turn on the high beams - then forgetting to turn them off again as oncoming traffic approaches. Now, unlit roads, dark peripheries and other low-visibility situations don't have to catch you off-guard. Auto High Beam Headlamps can sense poor lighting conditions and switch on to light your path ahead. They can even sense oncoming headlamps and dim automatically so you don't have to worry about blinding other drivers. So, you can keep your focus - and both hands on the wheel.
360-Degree Camera with Off-Road Views
The available 360-degree camera, part of the High Package, utilizes front-, rear- and mirror-mounted cameras to provide a full bird's-eye view around the vehicle. Included with the class-exclusive 360-degree camera are the unique off-road spotter views that help provide additional visibility and support to drivers in their pursuit of outdoor experiences like rock crawling. One is the unique off-road tire views (rock crawler spotter views) that are specifically designed to see where the tires meet the ground surface along with any adjacent obstacles or potential contact points that Bronco is driving over. The other is off-road overlays. Using the front camera, off-road overlays show the path that the wheels will be traveling in order to help drivers navigate their way across wild and rugged terrain.
