Entry Level Sales Trainee

Borgman Ford Mazda is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Sales Trainees to join our growing team. The goal of this position is to prepare you for a career in Sales. If you are ready to join the exciting and rewarding career path of automotive sales, with opportunities for unlimited earning potential and growth, this is the opportunity for you! In this role you will be responsible for the following: Selling new and used vehicles, maintaining a client base, prospecting and lead generation, product demonstrations, generating proposals, negotiations, and much more.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Must be a self starter, with a great attitude, and excellent communication or "people" skills.

Ability to build client relationships.

Job Offers:
